		<description>Great job again in organizing this for everyone. And what Melissa neglects to mention is she had the fastest LaunchSquad time for the 4th year in a row, beating her old company record and finishing 16th overall among more than 800 women!

Also, the LaunchSquad team finished 30th among 90+ companies. Not too shabby.</description>
