Hewlett-Packard

Merging HP and Compaq's Mobile Solutions

HP (Palo Alto, CA) is a leading global provider of products, technologies, solutions and services to consumers and business. Following its acquisition of Compaq, HP needed a consolidated messaging platform that could be used across the "New HP" to highlight the company's unique value proposition in the enterprise mobility market.

Unifying HP's Global Network

We worked with Liquid Agency, a leading brand marketing firm, to conduct comprehensive interviews of nearly 40 employees across HP's four divisions and spoke with industry analysts and mobility customers in the U.S., Asia and Europe to gather information and insights on HP's mobility offerings. We also conducted substantial market research and competitive analysis to support our findings and identify HP's differentiation in the marketplace.

A Platform for Internal and External Communications

Based on this integrated market analysis and evaluation, LaunchSquad delivered a messaging platform consisting of key messages and themes to educate HP employees and customers worldwide about the strengths and unique differentiators of HP's enterprise mobility offerings.

Check out this HP brochure to see how our work helped inform their enterprise mobility marketing campaign.
