Our Culture

We care deeply about the well-being of our employees and do everything we can to cultivate a fun and rewarding environment.

We want you to feel challenged in your work, acknowledged when you do a great job, and enjoy your time here. There are catered lunches every Monday, monthly happy hours, quarterly team events, and lots of activities and offsite sports outings sprinkled in. Other benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company matching and commuter transit program.

But the greatest benefit of working at LaunchSquad is the community. Co-workers that want you to learn, grow, succeed and feel inspired every day. And a culture that’s supportive and transparent.
